Who am i

I'm Stephanie Egharevba Living with a disability has given me firsthand insight into how products, platforms, and spaces are often designed without disabled people in mind. Rather than seeing this as a limitation, I’ve made it my mission to help organizations design better—more accessible, more inclusive, and more human.

My mission is to bridge lived experience with practical action—helping leaders, designers, and innovators build systems that work for everyone, foster belonging, and reflect the true diversity of human experience. Inclusion, to me, is not just a feature; it is a mindset, a responsibility, and an opportunity to make meaningful impact.
